You may not reproduce, redistribute, sell or commercially exploit any content from this platform without explicit written permission from AmarPorashona.
2. Accuracy of Content
AmarPorashona makes every reasonable effort to ensure that all questions and answers published on the platform are accurate and verified against official answer keys. However, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy of all content at all times.
Previous year question papers are sourced from publicly available official documents released by exam conducting bodies. Answers are cross-checked with official answer keys wherever available. In cases where official answer keys are not available, answers are verified by subject matter knowledge.
If you find any error in a question or answer, please report it to us at contact.amarporashona@gmail.com. We will investigate and correct any verified errors as quickly as possible.
3. No Liability for Exam Results
AmarPorashona is a practice tool and study aid. We do not guarantee that using our platform will result in any particular exam score or outcome. Exam results depend on many factors including individual effort, preparation quality, exam difficulty and other circumstances beyond our control.
AmarPorashona shall not be held liable for any exam failure, loss of opportunity or any other consequence arising from the use of or reliance on content available on this platform.
4. Intellectual Property
The original content on AmarPorashona — including but not limited to website design, layout, graphics, explanations written by our team, and platform code — is the intellectual property of AmarPorashona and is protected under applicable copyright laws.
Previous year question papers are public documents created by official exam bodies such as WBJEEB, WBBSE, WBCHSE, WBPSC, NTA, SSC, RRB and others. AmarPorashona does not claim ownership of these questions. Our work lies in organising, digitising and presenting them in a student-friendly format.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
When using AmarPorashona, you agree not to:
- Copy, scrape or automatically extract questions or content from the platform
- Use the platform for any commercial purpose without written permission
- Attempt to hack, disrupt or damage the website or its infrastructure
- Use automated bots or scripts to access the platform
- Share or distribute downloaded content for commercial gain
- Misrepresent yourself or impersonate AmarPorashona
6. Advertisements
