AmarPorashona is a free educational platform built specifically for students of West Bengal and all across India. Our mission is simple — to make high-quality previous year question papers accessible to every student, completely free of cost, without any registration or payment.
We cover a wide range of competitive exams including WBJEE, NEET, WB Police, Madhyamik, Higher Secondary, SSC, Railway, Banking and many more. Every question on our platform comes with verified answers and detailed explanations to help students not just practice, but actually understand the concepts.
AmarPorashona was created with one core belief — that quality exam preparation should not depend on how much money a student or their family has. Whether you are from Kolkata or a small village in Murshidabad, you deserve the same quality of study material.
The Story Behind This Platform
AmarPorashona was built by a Computer Science Engineering student from West Bengal who understands firsthand the struggle of exam preparation. During his own preparation journey, he noticed that while previous year question papers are extremely important for cracking competitive exams, they are often scattered across multiple websites, behind paywalls, or in low-quality PDF formats that are hard to use on mobile phones.
This frustration led to the creation of AmarPorashona — a single, clean, mobile-friendly platform where students can practice questions chapter by chapter, year by year, with instant answer checking and detailed explanations. The platform is built using modern web technologies including Firebase for real-time data and a fully responsive design that works equally well on any device.
The name "AmarPorashona" comes from the Bengali phrase meaning "my studies" — because this platform is built for every student's personal study journey. It is not just a question bank. It is a study companion.
What We Offer
Our Content Policy
All questions published on AmarPorashona are sourced from officially released previous year question papers by exam conducting bodies such as WBJEEB, WBBSE, WBCHSE, WBPSC, NTA, SSC, RRB and other official organisations. These papers are public documents released for educational purposes.
We do not claim ownership of the questions. Our contribution is in organising, digitising, verifying answers, and presenting the content in a student-friendly format. If any exam board or organisation has concerns about content on this platform, please contact us at contact.amarporashona@gmail.com and we will address it promptly.
Our Vision
Our long-term vision is to become the most comprehensive and most trusted free PYQ platform for students across West Bengal and India. We plan to continuously expand our question bank, add detailed video explanations, build community-powered solutions, and introduce personalised study plans.
